HouseEntry Solutions ('we', 'us') respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using our platform — whether as a buyer, seller, dealer, or builder — you consent to the practices described here.

• Account details (name, email, phone, role) • Property enquiries, saved listings, and search activity • Device info and basic analytics (IP, browser, pages visited) • Payment metadata via our processor (we do not store card numbers) • Communication you initiate with us (email, WhatsApp, calls)

• To verify your identity and authenticate sessions • To match you with verified properties and dealers • To send transactional emails (enquiry replies, password reset, invoices) • To improve search relevance, recommendations, and platform safety • To comply with applicable Indian laws (RERA, IT Act, GST)

We share data only with: (a) the dealer/builder whose listing you enquire about, (b) our trusted processors (Resend for email, Razorpay for payments), and (c) authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Sessions use HTTPOnly cookies (XSS-hardened). Sensitive endpoints are rate-limited. We work to keep your data safe but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
