Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HouseEntry Solutions you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under Indian law. Dealers and builders must provide accurate KYC details when requested.

Dealers and builders are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings (price, area, RERA ID, photos, ownership). HouseEntry verifies key fields but is not party to any sale, rental, or commission agreement between buyer and seller.

Plan fees are charged via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-grant features for the validity period stated on the pricing page. Refunds are processed only for verified billing errors within 7 days of payment. No refunds after a paid feature has been used.

You agree NOT to: (a) post fake or duplicate listings, (b) scrape or bulk-export data, (c) impersonate others, (d) use the platform for illegal activity, or (e) circumvent admin verification. Violations result in account suspension.

All platform code, design, and HouseEntry branding are owned by HouseEntry Solutions. You retain ownership of your own listings and content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote them on the platform.

HouseEntry is a marketplace and information platform. We are not liable for: deals that fall through, disputes between buyer/seller, or third-party content. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either party may close the account at any time. Upon termination, paid features stop and listings may be removed. Some data may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
